1. Our approach

We want every interaction with Flushzypurge to feel fair and respectful. If something is not right with a session you booked, an audio bundle you downloaded, or a journal you received, please get in touch and we will work through it with you.

This Return Policy sits alongside the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply and cannot be excluded.

2. Coaching sessions

2.1 Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions can be moved at no cost provided you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2.2 Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed individual session with more than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund the session fee in full to your original payment method. Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice we will offer a credit toward a future session. Inside 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable but we will always try to find a workable arrangement.

2.3 Group cohorts and workshop passes

Group programs may be transferred to a future cohort if requested before the second session. Once a cohort has passed its halfway point, refunds are no longer available, although unused sessions may be credited toward future bookings at our discretion.

3. Digital products

Our Guided Audio Bundle is a digital download. Because the files become available immediately on confirmation, refunds are not available once the download has begun, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the files are not as described or cannot be downloaded due to a fault on our side).

4. Physical products

The Steady Days Journal and other physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. To start a return:

  • Send us a short note with your order details.
  • We will reply with a reply-paid return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within five business days.

Outbound delivery fees, where applicable, are not refunded unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within seven days of delivery with a short description and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return delivery costs) as soon as the item has been verified.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to ten business days to appear on your statement.

7. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal practice cushions cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty. Gift cards and credit notes are not refundable for cash.
