Whether you are exploring mindfulness for the first time or coming back to a practice you have not touched in years, there is a comfortable way in.
Each program follows the same approach: tiny daily practices, a weekly conversation, and gentle adjustments along the way. You will never be handed a long list of homework — just one or two small things to try until we meet again.
All sessions can run at our South Yarra studio or online if that suits your week better. We will help you pick the format that feels most realistic for now.

No. Our coaching is wellbeing support, not clinical care. If you are working with a registered health professional, our practices can sit alongside their advice.
We will share a short summary so you can catch up before the next one. For private coaching we can usually reschedule with a day or two of notice.
Yes — many of our one-to-one and group clients live outside Melbourne. We use a simple video link that works on any modern browser.
